What does the workbook look like?

You can see a little video look-through of the workbook. It's just a video of someone turning the pages, but you can get an idea of what it looks like. Here's the link: brief look-through of the Resilient Minds student book.

What if my child will be gone for part of the summer?

  • First, each lesson is a standalone lesson. It is not cumulative in the way that math is.
  • Second, we will walk with your child through the previous lesson so they have a handle on the content (even though they will miss the exercises and discussions).

Is there a cost?

No. Each workbook is $10. We are not charging a fee for taking this class. If you are able to contribute $10 to cover the cost of the student book, that would be great. But if $10 is not easy for you right now, we are glad to have your child attend at no cost to you. (And, if you want to contribute $20 or more so that you provide a free workbook for another student, that would be great, too!)
